The death of an innocent

The death of 2 year old Cyrus, who was thrown off a bridge here in Hawaii has the people of Hawaii in mourning. I have been in a slump all week. My art reflects the beauty of the local culture, but I am acutely aware of the ugly side also. Domestics, poverty, child abuse, homelessness and drug addiction. Where is the love?

    It is sad that child abuse and other types of violence occor, but keep positive. You are an inspiration to me. I have been in stained glass since 2001 and only have had time for an occasional project between work and family. I was in Honolulu for the very first time in March, what a beautiful city!
