Our privacy policy is very simple. We believe in privacy and have a
zero tolerance attitude towards spam. We will NEVER sell or give
away your personal information.
Since we currently use Paypal as a payment method, we collect no
credit card or banking information.
Tropical Glassworks' monthly email is available only upon your
request.
Shipping & Handling
Items are shipped via UPS or Priority mail. For larger items UPS
shipping is recommended.
A handling fee of 8% of the total is automatically charged with
shipping fees to help cover the costs of packing material. We do not
profit off shipping costs. All items shipped include insurance.
Items are shipped within three days of payment. If you have a rushed
order or any special requests, feel free to email us and we will do our
best to accommodate you.
Hawaii Residents
Hawaii residents are charged a 4% sales tax.
If you are an Oahu resident and would like to arrange to pick up an
item and save on shipping costs, email me at
admin@tropicalglassworks.com. I would be happy to accommodate
you.
Return Policy
We have a 14 day, money back return policy. If, for any reason, you
are dissatisfied, please contact us right away. Item must be returned
within 14 days of receipt in original packing. Money back includes
the item cost only and does not include any shipping fees.
Damaged items: All items are packed to provide maximum
protection and are covered by insurance during shipping. However,
in the event that an item is damaged en route, we will work with you
to make sure that you are satisfied.
